In-State Travel:

Mileage: $0.37 per mile
Meals:
  • Breakfast up to $5.00 per meal
  • Lunch up to $7.50 per meal
  • Dinner up to $12.50 per meal
  • or $25.00 per diem
Lodging: up to $50.00 per night plus tax

Out-of-State Travel (destination is outside of North Dakota):

Mileage: $0.18 per mile
Meals:
  • Breakfast up to $7.80 per meal
  • Lunch up to $11.70 per meal
  • Dinner up to $19.50 per meal
  • or $39.00 per diem
Lodging: actual expense
Air Transportation (coach airfare only): actual expense
